Iolaus and Jason convince Hercules to try out Zeus's offer to help humanity from Olympos. Grumpily waving the benefits of divinity and weary to start a father-son-relationship, Hercules finds himself right to have suspected Zeu's motive. yet it's imperative: Hera took Alcmene's soul hostage to make Zeus surrender his supreme divine powers and now tempts to take over Olympus and establish a rule of terror with her sons Ares and Apollo. Hercuels must survive and fight them off before he can choose his future if any is left. Meanwhile Iolaus visits his mother, but his stepfather, poet Pandion, is far from welcoming.
