- Jonathan Kaye: [Giving briefing] To this moment in time, gentlemen, all we have is the statement of the bogus McGarrett... That what Wo Fat was buying for this entire effort was 90 seconds... We don't know which 90 seconds, or why those 90 seconds matter... We do know they are worth approximately four million dollars to Wo Fat.
- Walter Carter: [Talking to Steve about Vogler] Steve, the guy's red, white and blue clear down to his shorts.
- Det. Steve McGarrett: [Reading dossier on Vogler] Hans Vogler, German born, naturalized citizen... One of the first German scientists cleared for secret work after World War II... Married an American schoolteacher who died in childbirth... Child survived, a girl named Lisa.
- Det. Steve McGarrett: [Steve is talking to Walter about Vogler] The only lead we have is that our missile tracking system went out for five seconds... Now, Vogler runs that system, and there's a blank in his file.
- Jonathan Kaye: [Receives a phone call about Mischa the Bear] Soviet agent... Colonel Mikhail Ivanovich Toptygan.
- Det. Steve McGarrett: He's here?
- Jonathan Kaye: You know him?
- Det. Steve McGarrett: Oh, I know him well.
- Jonathan Kaye: They have him in the holding room... Come on... Something about Rip van Winkle.
- Misha the Bear: [Talking to Steve and Jonathan] The code name for this attack against our tracking system is "Rip van Winkle".
- Hans Vogler: [Vogler is hypnotized and is being questioned by Steve] Wo Fat has my daughter.
- Det. Steve McGarrett: Wo Fat has your daughter now?... Here in Hawaii?
- Hans Vogler: YES!... YES!
- Jonathan Kaye: [to Steve, who wants to nab Wo Fat] I ask you to remember what's at stake... Not the life of one little girl, but the lives of 50, 60 million Lisas.
- Det. Steve McGarrett: [to Jonathan] All we really need is one more fact... How to find Wo Fat and nail him.
- Jonathan Kaye: No, we're not gonna touch Wo Fat.
- Walter Carter: [Steve, Walter and Jonathan are discussing Vogler] The question is, can we trust him to do it?
- Det. Steve McGarrett: Yeah, I'm sure of it.
- Jonathan Kaye: How can you be that sure?
- Det. Steve McGarrett: For two reasons... His daughter's life depends on it, and he's managed to fool our entire security system for 2 years... He can steal 2 hours from Wo Fat.
- Wo Fat: [Vogler wants a 2 hour delay on the launch] Herr Doctor... I am a man of nearly infinite patience... But do not test me, for should I lose my temper, both remaining threads of the Vogler tapestry shall cease to exist!
- Wo Fat: [Wo Fat has checked out Vogler's story, and agrees to the 2 hour delay on the missile launch] Danke Schoen, Herr Professor Doctor.
- Wo Fat: [Wo Fat is awaiting the countdown to the missile launch] Vogler will do it... He must do it.
- Jonathan Kaye: [the satellite picks up and tracks the missile launch] Our satellite nailed it!... We have monitor!... Monitor!
- [the place breaks into wild celebration]
- Chow Lee, Assassin #1: [Wo Fat is getting ready to leave Hawaii] A heroes welcome awaits you.
- Wo Fat: Yeah!
- Danny Williams: [the crisis is over, and Danny and Steve are having a cup of coffee] What about Dr. Vogler?
- Det. Steve McGarrett: Well, he got his daughter back, and he'll be transferred in a couple of months to an unclassified assignment... And he'll probably get a medal.
- Danny Williams: What about clearing you, Steve?
- Det. Steve McGarrett: Tomorrow, the governor's supposed to have a press conference and give the details of the frame-up... Then I'll be back... I guess as if nothing happened.
- Danny Williams: That leaves the $64 dollar question: What happens to the two million?
- Det. Steve McGarrett: I'm gonna keep it.
- [They both laugh]
- Det. Steve McGarrett: Why shouldn't I be the richest cop in the world?
- Danny Williams: [laughing] Come on!
- Det. Steve McGarrett: Well, Wo Fat doesn't know it, but his government has just made a very, very generous contribution to the Policeman's Widows and Orphans Fund.
- [Last lines]
- Jonathan Kaye: [Giving a briefing after looking at the pictures of Steve and the imposter] Bones were altered, cartilage... The work of a remarkable plastic surgeon. A great deal of effort, and a great deal of money... The facilities and wealth required to set all of this in motion rule out any private or individual financing... Only a government could manage an enterprise of this scope and keep a cash transaction of that size secret... This left us with a question... Which government?... And the answer was supplied by the bogus McGarrett... Wo Fat.
- Misha the Bear: [Misha is briefing Steve and Jonathan on "Rip van Winkle"] Two weeks ago, on the 11th at 6:34 p.m., Our missile tracking system picked up what appeared to be 39 missile launchings in the approximate vicinity of the Manchurian base of the Chinese people's republic... Our computers recorded missile firings in every conceivable direction simultaneously... In point of fact, none was fired.
- Jonathan Kaye: [after the missile launch was sucessfuly detected] You know something?... We knew they had the bomb... But, do you realize that we have discovered that they have sucessfuly test-fired a long-range missile capable of delivering it five years sooner than we expected?
- Det. Steve McGarrett: Yeah... Thank God we know it.
- Misha the Bear: Amen!...
- [Misha catches himself]
- Misha the Bear: A figure of speech
