Howsat!!!
It's the local village match, and the team are ready to take on local rivals, one of whom has his eye on Mavis, and isn't impressed with her affection for Mr Humphries.
I thought this was very funny, one of the best so far, it felt very fresh, it wasn't trying to be Are you being Served, it was funny, and well conceived in its own right.
I enjoyed the new characters a lot here, Diane Holland was fun once again as Miss Littlewood, novel to have a mature woman to be lusting after Miss Brahms, well novel for 1993.
Plenty of funny moments and visual laughs, Mr Moulterd's trousers, so funny.
Thoroughly enjoyable, 9/10.
