Will gets a better PSAT score than Carlton which makes Carlton cheat and he gets caught. Geoffrey wants to leave if he doesn't get a proper raise.
The whole PSAT story was pretty fun. The competition and gloating between Carlton and Will is done in such a hilarious way that it is hard not to enjoy it. Including the end where Will helps Carlton to find what he does better. Coach Smiley also has some great moments in this story making us laugh.
Of course I am glad Geoffrey didn't leave. I also loved the scene where he sat with his fellow butler gloating about the things they get at their work.
