During a scene which appears to be unscripted, Daphne sternly announces she is going to her room, but Jane Leeves mistakenly goes the wrong way off stage. When Frasier delivers the line "That would have been a very dramatic exit if only her room was down that hall!" John Mahoney briefly laughs, appearing to break character for a second.
When Frasier and Niles are discussing Martin's reaction to Daphne's upcoming date with Jimmy, Frasier says, "Yes, I almost had to sedate him when Daphne announced that she was going to go out with him." Kelsey Grammar says the line so quickly that it is genuinely unintelligible--in fact, David Pierce chuckles right afterward. This exchange is in a Frasier bloopers tape in which all the cast members take turns guessing what they think he said.
Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) refers to his ability to identify a criminal simply through observation by saying, "What truffles are to pigs so are these charlatans and pettifoggers to my mental acuity."

In one scene it's made to appear that Eddie miraculously knows how to spell, by running away when the word B.A.T.H. is spelled out. However, if a dog hears the same letters often enough, and begins to associate the sounds with a washing, he will in fact react to them as if he can spell.
