Frasier is restless and bored. He has a free evening and Daphne takes him to her British bar. At first it appears he is out of place but soon has the whole bar rocking. The problem is it is her favorite place and he is raining on her parade. He also can't seem to take a hint So a confrontation is in the works

It's 1998 and we have even had the Beatles in the UK since the 1930s

As usual there were some great moments in this episode of Frasier. But the "English pub" really annoyed me with its singsong of "Roll Out the Barrel" and "Knees Up, Mrs Brown around the old joanna as if we were still in the 1930s.
And my other usual gripe about accents on Frasier (Daphne's family being global, as a case in point) - a good job that my subtitles kindly indicated that Clare was speaking "COCKNEY" as it screamed "AUSTRALIAN" to me.
