Manfred takes a personal interest in a boy named Vito, who's been picked up for stealing his Captain's suitcase, Vito faces an uncertain future, as he has no passport and no idea of where he came from.
What an imaginative and clever episode, I don't think I've stumbled across a film of show with a plot quite like it.
Good to see Manfred acting from the point of view of his day job, interesting to think how immigration has changed as time has gobe by.
Jack Hawkins is excellent as always, and the young Joseph Cuby does a good job, child actors weren't always great on this series, but he did well, I couldn't make out if his voice was dubbed or not.
Martin Benson did a fine job as the nasty Captain. Frank Thornton popped up so many times, such a versatile actor.
A pretty good penultimate episode.
7/10.
