- A Nebari group come aboard Moya and attempt to mind cleanse everyone using a drug. Pilot and Rygel are the only two who can resist the effects. Crichton also remains unaffected due to Scorpius' neural clone.
- Rygel and Aeryn return from a planet to Moya accompanied by another Nebari who aims to take Chiana back. The crew is temporarily mind-cleansed except the Pilot but they put a collar on him and thus take over Moya to attain the nearest Nebari territorial post. Chiana learns that her brother is alive. Crichton who is not affected by mind-cleansing thanks to Scorpius' chip, makes Chiana reveal the reason she is being chased: she knows of her people's plot to infect the galaxy with a deadly contagion. Crichton must work together with Pilot and Rygel, quickly recovered due to his fast metabolism, against the rest of the crew to rid Moya of the Nebari intruder. And they also have a spy to thank for unexpected help.—trekkie4christ corrected by Victoria Alaya

- Aeryn and Rygel bring onto Moya two Nebari survivors of a Peacekeeper attack, Varla and Melak. Despite their weakened state, the ruthless Nebari manage to mind-cleanse the crew, and in the end only Crichton is unaffected, his mind protected by the Scorpius Clone. Crichton presses Chiana as to the motivations of Varla and Melak. It turns out that Nerri, the brother Chiana thought lost, is very much alive, and is now the leader of the Nebari Resistance Movement. The Nebari Establishment knows this, and intends to capture him using Chiana as bait.
