- When Tattoo has a car accident that results in a serious head injury, Roarke cancels all fantasies till he has recovered. Hoping to keep his morale up, they relive past fantasies through flashbacks.
- A complete departure from the normal two-story format, this is a flashback episode. Tattoo, a notorious driver, is a bit late to meet Roarke for the plane, and comes barreling around the corner in his little car, only to swerve hard to miss a couple of kids in the lane and having a wreck that knocks him unconscious. Roarke instantly cancels all fantasies and sits the vigil at the hospital. Tattoo comes through surgery, but he is depressed and convinced he's going to die; so the doctor encourages Roarke to cheer him up any way he can. Roarke starts reminiscing with Tattoo about all the fantasies they've granted together over the last six years. Eventually Tattoo finally cheers up, is convinced that Roarke definitely needs him to help run his resort, and goes on to make a full recovery.
Notable in syndication for a couple of scenes that were deleted from their (syndicated) episodes. Barbi Benton and Audrey Landers can be seen as two old ladies reliving their youth in "Ziegfeld Girls", which was cut from the 90-minute episode "The Devil and Mr. Roarke/Ziegfeld Girls/Kid Corey Rides Again". Also, Roarke and Tattoo have a few minutes of teasing banter over a freak snowstorm caused by a genie; this scene was cut from the episode "The Challenge/A Genie Named Joe".
