Lois runs for school board and like The King is Dead Peter tries to take over but this time, instead of his play being a success and then apologizing for what he did the next scene, Peter gets in trouble and slowly realizes that what he did is wrong also has a couple funny moments unlike The King is Dead.

Peter and Lois run against each other for a local political position. Lots of laughs in this one, but not the strongest episode when lined up next to the gaggle of masterpieces in the midst of these early ones. Kind of felt like Lois had this coming after the earlier episode with the play!
