When John and Roy enter the home of the woman having the baby, there is no glass on the floor even though the Sheriff's Deputy had to break the glass in the door to gain entry.
In the scene where johnny is delivering the woman's baby, take a look at the mask that Roy is wearing. The top strap if the mask over his right ear keeps changing position. It moves from being about halfway down his ear to not being there at all (the bottom strap doesn't appear to move, however).
Gage seems to open the handcuffs of the little boy using pliers, but when the cuffs are finally opened, they were obviously unlocked by a key.

explanation of how the groceries got to the station.
