Luke jumps the blue Matador over the creek and back onto the grassy dirt track, yet in the following "looking in through the front windshield" shot of the car's occupants, the road behind them is a smooth paved street and stretches away back unbroken for as far as can be seen through the car's rear window.
When Bo tries his first jump over the parked cars, he's driving a Plymouth Satellite. Before the car goes up the ramp it turns into a Plymouth Fury and stays a Fury while jumping the parked cars. When it lands it turns into a Ford Gran Torino.
Bo and Luke's probation prohibiting them from leaving Hazzard County limits, a central plot point of the series, is ignored in this episode. Cedar City, where the Dukes first traveled to see the show, and later investigate the accident is outside Hazzard, and nothing is said about their breaking probation. In addition, the prospect of Bo having to break his probation in order to leave Hazzard and travel with the show is not addressed.
The roll cage/roll bar in the General Lee changes from one scene to the next at the final stunt show.
Tow cable visible preventing the General Lee from reaching the end of the jump ramp.
