When Rose believes Mickey to be dead after seeing the Doctor remove the head of the Auton replica of Mickey she states that "She will have to tell his mother".
However in later stories we learn that Mickey is an orphan who was raised by his grandmother
When Rose gives Mickey the Auton's arm, it is a right arm, but when Mickey throws it in the dumpster it is a left arm, then it's back to being a right arm when it attacks the Doctor that morning.
When Rose believes Mickey is dead, she says she will have to tell his mother. However, we later learn that Mickey's mother left the family when Mickey was very young, and presumably has no contact with her son.
When Mickey is attacked by the bin in the street, he fights to turn around with the bin stuck to his hands. As he turns, the stretched parts of the bin should cross over - but they remain parallel.
Rose goes to the shop basement to give the lottery money to Wilson, the chief electrician.
When she gets trapped in the storeroom with the now animated dummies, and backs against the wall, about to be hit by the male dummy, she has the plastic wallet with the lottery money in her right hand.
When she begins to run after the Doctor grabs her hand, the plastic wallet has disappeared.

In the opening shot of this episode, we see the Earth from space. The camera then zooms into Western Europe, the UK, London, then into Rose Tyler's flat, where a jump cut to an alarm clock shows its 7:30am. But look again at the start of that sequence: it shows that it's daylight over the UK - and over the USA. This is of course impossible. When it is 7:30am in London, it is 2:30am in New York, as Eastern Time is 5 hours behind UK time.
When the Doctor and Rose are being attacked by the Auton arm in her flat, there is a brief clip of Jackie drying her hair in the other room. After the struggle, the Doctor uses his sonic screwdriver to disable the arm. However, in Silence in the Library (2008), the Doctor states that his screwdriver works unless something is interfering with it, or there is a hairdryer in use nearby. Since Jackie was drying her hair during the Auton attack, the Doctor's screwdriver shouldn't have worked. (However, the Doctor did struggle with the use of his sonic screwdriver in this scene, despite having no trouble using it to stop the elevator when previously escaping with Rose. As a possible alternative to this being a goof, perhaps the Doctor's later remark about hairdryers was meant to explain his struggle with the sonic in this scene.)
The Doctor and Rose locate the "metal" hatch that leads down into the "Plastic's Leader" blob. Watch carefully after the Doctor removes the "metal" hatch and moves it aside. The entire hatch "pops-up" a second later. This is because it is plastic and it was suctioned to the floor.
The final Auton attack in this episode is supposed to take place in a busy London street, but it is a pedestrianized area, and several shots reveal this. For example, there are no road markings visible, no apparent distinction between pavement and road, and a bus stop appears to sit in the middle of the road.
In the restaurant Rose activates the fire alarm. The alarm activation box requires the glass to be broken for the alarm to activate, but she just presses it like a button with the heel of her palm. The glass does not break.
When Clive is showing Rose the historical pictures of the Doctor, it's obvious they are poorly done photoshops.
When Rose runs into the TARDIS, she says to the Doctor "It's gonna follow us!", but if you look closely, her lips do not move when she says it.
When The TARDIS starts to chase the signal from the Mickey Auton head, it makes the travel sound before The Doctor pulls the lever.
Jackie Tyler is pictured in London talking on the phone to Rose about doing some late night shopping. She is shown outside "Queen's Arcade". However, "Queens Arcade" is in Cardiff, not London. The entrance she is standing outside is on Working Street pedestrian precinct.
