  • There is an empire of people with every single disease in the universe, trapped in cages all their lives. They later escape and turn people into them, which can be very disturbing. eg, a cat woman is in an elevator shaft, and she is climbing the ladder upwards, and then a diseased person touchs her foot, then we see her face turning diseased, and then she falls down, screaming.
  • A man is electrocuted to death.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The Flesh are instant nightmare fuel for younger kids. They are covered in horrific diseases and say "help me" over and over again, slowly moving like zombies towards nearby people. When the Flesh touch a person, there skin starts to mutilate in disease, through this is normally cut away from before it gets too gory.
  • When the "Flesh" are freed, the episode turns scary.
  • When the cat nuns gets diseased, it is very frightening.

Sex & Nudity

  • While in Rose's body, Cassandra unzips her jacket and jiggles up and down in front of the mirror, comparing the experience to "living inside a bouncy castle."
  • Cassandra admiringly strokes Rose's bottom, commenting: "nice rear bumper."
  • While in Rose's body, Cassandra removes her jacket off-screen and spend the rest of the episode wearing a low-cut purple blouse. The outline of her bra can be seen in some shots.
  • Twice during the episode, Cassandra hides a perfume spray bottle in Rose's cleavage.
  • Rose and the Doctor share a passionate kiss, though in the context of the scene it's Cassandra using Rose's body to snog him.
  • Cassandra reacts enthusiastically to possessing the Doctor's male body, making reference to "parts" that have been "hardly used" and describing him as "slim... and a little bit foxy" while raising her eyebrows suggestively at Rose.

Violence & Gore

  • Two Cat Nuns inspect a diseased man in a container tub. He says "help me" over and over, before the Cat Nuns decide to incinerate him, where his container door is closed and a flash is seen inside, with him screaming.
