It looks like it will be another lighthearted episode. Lt John Russo is looking at a footprint that his son Mike made from the fingerprint kit that Russo got him.
However he notices that the footprint is different from that of his birth certificate. A horrific thought crosses his mind, did their baby get switched at birth.

They go searching for their real son. Only to find out that he died a year earlier, his mum had died in a car accident. The real father of Mike wants his son back.
John Lester is a no good drunk, if Russo wants to keep Mike, then Lester will give up his parental rights for $10,000.
The Russo's definitely go through the wringer in this one. Maybe they should had taken Holbrook's counsel. It is left to Holbrook to shakedown Lester, a man with a long criminal record and a few truths to hide.
I was surprised that no one went to do a paternity blood test though.
