Lexi Randall joins the cast for five episodes as Randa Oliver, the bratty daughter of a client who abuses the staff and creates chaos while they try to redecorate their bedroom. It only takes Julia to threaten to punish her for Randa to reveal that she is that way because of something she overheard her mother say. The other story surrounds Charlene quitting when she realizes she's missing out on important moments with Olivia and an argument that happens with Mary Jo the threatens to cause damage to their friendship. It's a pretty good story, although the misandrist treatment of Charlene's young male replacement seems one dimensional with how dumb he is written to be. Without that element, I may have rated this a lot higher.
