After Saunders gets knocked into the coiled barbed wire, he thrashes around and is yelling in pain. He and Wharton, who is much more seriously wounded, help each other back to the squad. Saunders now has just a band aid on his cheek, and his clothes have no signs of damage from the wire. It's doubtful that there would have been fresh clothes for him to put on.
The bandage on Saunders' cheek keeps changing from smooth to wrinkled.
To make room to get through the coiled barbed wire, tubing is placed under the wire and a detonator is placed in the tubing. But the explosion happens a few feet away from the tubing. Then, instead of dragging the wire out of the way, men are seen cutting the wire for several feet from the explosion.
Early in the episode when the German tank's machine gun opens up on the platoon, Saunders leaps over a stone wall for cover. As he does so, almost all of the wall wobbles slightly, revealing that it is made not of stone but some kind of light material, probably polyurethane foam or a similar compound.
As Hanley is Telling Saunders that he will be putting Wharton up for a medal, studio lights keeps reflecting off Hanley's helmet.
The camera shadow is seen on Caje as he passes it to pick up the picture that Wharton tore in half.
In the beginning the Germans were using a 30 caliber American machine gun on top of the tank with an unlimited amount of ammunition.
Caje is on guard duty while rest of the squad is eating, but he leaves his post to see the picture that Wharton tore and throw away. He then follows Wharton to talk to him. In those couple minutes, the Germans could have gotten by to attack.
