The railway flatcar that Saunder's squad takes cover behind when they are ambushed would not be found behind the German lines in France. It is of American manufacture. The length of the flatcar and the wheel sets (a pair with 4 wheels apiece) give it away. European flatcars are shorter in length and use only 4 wheels total. This is because European railroads have lighter weight rail and cannot support the loads that American rail cars do.
