While Annette is watching the action on the sidewalk outside the hotel, she is viewing the activity by looking in the truck's passenger side rear-view mirror. The scene is an obvious matte shot. The POV switches back and forth from direct view to the same scene framed by the mirror, and the mirror does not show a mirror image. All of the vehicles face the same direction in the mirror as they do in direct view, and the signs on the building are perfectly legible in the mirror instead of being backwards. Instead of shooting into a mirror, the direct view scene was simply matted onto the mirror frame.
After Annette stabs the German soldier on the bridge her and "Chip" start to run off. It sounds like horse hooves instead of feet running. Wrong sound effect perhaps...
