When Hanley is captured, he refuses to give any info other than name, rank and serial number. Repeating this over and over, he just says his name is Hanley, and he doesn't give his first name. In the earlier episode, Any Second Now (1962), he did the same thing and introduced himself as Lt. Hanley when he met the nurse in the bar. It will be revealed in a later episode that his name is Gilbert.
The German captain interrogating Lt. Hanley states that the dead American captain found close to Hanley was from the 363rd regiment. Unless he was temporarily attached (possible since there are no other members of his platoon) this would mean his platoon was part of the 91st Infantry division.
