In the first scene at the Townsend Agency - after Kris has gone missing - her car is seen parked outside with Kelly's.
When Kris witnesses the murder, her car is seen backed into a space along a fence. When Kelly, Sabrina, and Bosley return to the restaurant later and find her car, it's now facing the opposite way - toward the fence.
The rear view mirror on Ted Burton's car is missing then present from scene to scene.
Kris' rear license plate reads "California 590 VGG", which is different from the previous episode.
After Kelly, Sabrina and Bosley talk to the News Vendor, Billy Barty, they get in the car and drive away and pass the News Stand, the News Vendor is not standing by his News Stand any longer.
When Kris steps into the road and the cab driver slams on his brakes and then yells at her, there is a stop sign there at the intersection. He should have been stopping anyway.
As Sabrina, Kelly and Bosley are about to drive away from the taxi company, there is a clip of Ted Burton waiting on them as he sits in his car. In the close-up of him behind the steering wheel, the steering wheel is on the right side of the car not the left side, the film is "reversed" so that he is looking to his left. BTW, this exact same close-up of him is used a bit later when he parks along the curb at the beach. In this second usage of the same close-up, the film is just fine... it is not "reversed."
When Kris starts to remember things from her past, the scenes shown are often pointing toward her. In reality, she would remember things from her point of view, in other words viewing other people and things and not herself.
