The guy should have the right to choose if he wants to go back to the way he was. If I had been in his shoes with my choices being have the chip taken out and live for sure but go back to being severely retarded or having the chip left in and possibly dying but being left with a brilliant mind I would have chosen the chip as well. After all, you risk dying anytime you leave the house and even if you do not leave it. The judge made a stupid decision in this case. It would have made more sense to let the "stars" of this show lose this one. It also would have made the rest of the season a lot less predictable. Also, the lady can say now that she will stay with him (probably until she burns through his $5 million) but does she really want to go from being a wife to a babysitter. She says at the end that she promises she will not make him live a life he does not want to live...huh?? Wasn't the whole show about her doing just that? If that was actually the case she would have not put him through this...but she has 5 million reasons why.
