Absolutely like Stacey McGill visits Virginia City in episodes like this

I grew up reading "The Baby-Sitters Club" and it was amazing how often 13 year old Stacey fell in "love". I truly don't think Ann M. Martin knew the word "crush" and I have similar feelings for the writers on "Bonanza". I might not have been fond of the character but I will give props for Adam's attempted romance with Laura taking place over several episodes. Yeah, it didn't work out but at least there wasn't any of this falling in love out of the blue, ya know? Maybe I'm just old fashioned when I feel like love needs to develop and grow stronger before just up and getting married.

Anyway, I was clenched during the opening scene. Shook my head and though "Well, Joe must've gotten his ED problem taken care of and he's going into heat again." I was tempted to turn the channel when I got that feeling. But I stuck with it. Joe wasn't too bad. Joe has another friend in this episode named Tuck. Little House fans will recognize the actor playing Tuck as being Ginny's friend in "Little Women". Ginny cuts her long hair off and sells it to a wig maker in order to buy her mother a new dress so she can come to the school play that the Walnut Grove school is putting on.

The lady in this episode seems to be in a world of her own. Not being critical completely in that regard. It was explained that she was sickly when she was a child so it'd make sense how passionate she'd be about reading. Only problem is she mirrors what she reads and expects real life to be like the books she reads. And life just isn't that way.

She gets herself in danger. Joe and Tuck have to save her. Danger averted and the lady and Tuck get married at the end of the episode. I don't even know, man. That ending just came out of nowhere imo. Left me saying/thinking "Huh?"

I liked the actor that played Tuck but I also couldn't help wanting Mitch (Between Heaven and Earth) to be there instead. Would've made Joe's dilemma even harder. Do I save this girl or do I save my man? Decisions, decisions!
