A lesson for all parents in the world.
One paragraph plot summary : The son of a neighbour down the street, Marshall loves to come to Sam's home because she is the only friend of his. But his mother does not like this. His mother always keeps him in the house. She doesn't permit him to play baseball or other activities which he loves to play. One day, Sam takes him to play baseball. During the match, Sam uses her magic to help him get the place in the game. Finally, he gets a place in the game and he has to play the game soon. Meanwhile, his mother comes to Sam's home and warns them to stay away from her kid. When the game day's arrived, Marshall escapes from home and play the game. By the time his mother finds out about this, she comes to Sam's home and searches for her kid. Then Sam, Darrin and Marshall's mother go to that game. On the way, Sam uses her magic to delay everything. When they get there, they see Marshall is about to play. But his mother stops him, so, he can't play. But fortunately, something changes her mind and so, he could play again. During the match, Darrin stops Sam from using her magic and let Marshall play himself without Sam's help. Finally, Marshall makes it and wins the game.
This episode is very good lesson for all mothers or parents. Mother's love is good. They want to protect their kids not to get harm. But they also need to aware what they want to do. They want to enjoy their normal days. They want to participate in the activities. So that they could be happy. If mothers/parents stop them from doing those things, they will be sad and they have no motive of being alive. Thus, mothers/parents should protect them. Yes, I agree with that. But it needs to be not so tight. If they are so tight on the kids, there will be some bad things happen on the kids. So, they shouldn't do it very tight on their kids.
Anyway, this episode is all about baseball. I don't understand how baseball is played, so, I don't understand the game. And thus, I couldn't enjoy the game as they have. But it indeed warms my heart when I saw Marshall could make it on his own. I really love to see that scene. Moreover, the beginning scene is kind of funny. I laughed out loud. All in all, because of the reasons I said in above, this episode is very enjoyable and I totally love it. I can't wait to see the next episodes.
