Carpet King Cyril Lord cameos during the Bat-Climb. Lord was an entrepreneur selling cut-price carpets in his native Britain, but was not a familiar face even in his homeland. Apparently his cameo came about because he had sold executive producer William Dozier some Persian rugs.
This is the only episode in the first two years of Batman that Alan Napier (Alfred) didn't appear.
This is the last appearance of Mr Freeze in the series. This time being portrayed by Eli Wallach. George Sanders and Otto Preminger portrayed Mr Freeze in the first and second seasons respectfully
The exterior shot of the rink at the Bruce Wayne ice arena (which its basement serves as Mr. Freeze's hideout) is the former Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena, which was demolished in 2016.
