Solid routine job for Baretta
searchanddestroy-128 January 2016
After a convention party where very important people get fun with prostitutes, one of those VIPs is shot in the back alley of the cabaret where the party took place. It seems that this is a blackmail racket job that got awry. And it also seems that the night club owner is more than involved with this murder. So, our lead street cop investigates among the cabaret employees, males and females, to find a witness of the murder. But the audience has already noticed that Mitch Ryan's character was the only witness who also was shot at by the killer without being badly wounded although. I appreciate the Ryan's character, and I say that actor was really underrated, he had so much charisma. He should have lead roles, that he never had, as far as I know.

Good episode directed by Arnold Laven, who also made good stuff for the big screen.
