This episode is pretty much a continuation of the last episode--as Franklin and Marcus are still on their mission to create an alliance between B-5 and the Martian Resistance. Generally, this worked pretty well, but the clichéd female resistance leader was a tad annoying--she seemed angry all the time because she was playing more a caricature than a character.
The other plot involves creating an alternative to the evil propaganda of ISN. Since Ivanova did a good job in making broadcasts within the station, Sheridan asks her to do the same but figure out a way to send these broadcasts past the jamming technology installed by Earth.
Not one of the very best episodes, but a decent one nevertheless.
