When Tara climbs down into the well and in other shots, the well-rope is completely unwound from its drum, but when we look up at the man who is trying to shoot her, there is obviously several feet of rope wound on the drum.
The entire story leads up to a confrontation at twelve noon. When Steed asks Tara to make him a cup of tea, the clock behind him shows a quarter to twelve. But then it cuts to a close-up and now the clock is showing eight minutes to twelve.
During the final fight scene, Sir Rodney puts on a recording of a piano concerto (managing to hit not only the start of a track but with a small lead-in, whilst virtually throwing the stylus onto the disc). The record label is blue. When it is forcibly stopped soon after, it has a multi-coloured label.
Whilst Mother is using Steed's apartment as temporary HQ, he has brought his telephones with him. The telephones ring and Mother is able to communicate with them yet they are not wired into the telephone network.
When Tara asks Perrier for help in fighting Kafka, a boom mic can be seen above them.
