Some laughs. Mostly Barney's imagination that a lawyer sent from the States Attorney's office would want his low-paying job. Has its moments. I liked Barney trying to sell a vacuum cleaner to Emma Brand (Cheerio Meredith). Her remarks were very funny. Also Barney explained his empty sales book to Andy that he was already on book #2. We see stickler Barney actually littering throwing Bob's (Mark Miller) torn up ticket on the sidewalk.

Just No Spark

When a young buck out of the academy is given a chance to be a deputy at the Mayberry sheriff's department. He is by the book and very effective but has limited understanding of the human element. Barney is totally threatened by him and feels Andy is about to lower the boom. So he quits. Of course, we know this is not going to stick.
