Kathy Dorn (Jane Powell) is a cop just like her father. She catches some bank robbers in a daring move that gets her publicity.
Her boyfriend Mike (David Janssen) is also a cop and unhappy that Kathy is taking too many risks. He also seems jealous of her success.
However both are forced to work together on a case. A group of people are using dud cheques. Kathy's intuition seems to be accurate but maybe she takes a risk too far.
Very much a story about the era. A woman doing a dangerous job and her hunches being correct. The men not too happy about it.
It is good to see Janssen in an early role before he became US series regular.
