It depicts rabies horror emerging in a small town during World War II. Hashim, village headman, brings a dog as a gift which turns out to be rabid, biting village children. Entire village mobilizes for the urgent vaccination of children.
In the last years of WWII a crippled young villager wanders off due to a broken marriage promise, until an old caregiver comes along with twelve sick kids who want to join the wanderer in order to get rabies vaccine from a city hospital at three days distance.—Victorydawn Pictures
