Author and filmmaker Gregory Lamberson dropped us a line to let us know that in the spring of 2013 he will be producing a new horror comedy, Dry Bones, from a screenplay he wrote for director Michael O’Hear. The film will co-star O’Hear and Melantha Blackthorne.
“I’ve written a number of screenplays for filmmakers who were unable to raise the necessary funding,” Lamberson says. “I really like the script I wrote for Michael so I’m producing it myself to ensure it gets made. Dry Bones tells the story of a man who returns to his home town years after being confined to a mental institution, only to find that the monster he imagined under his bed as a child really exists.
