NBC announced today that they've renewed The Office, Parks and Recreation and Community for the 2011-2012 season. I'm not a big fan of Parks and Recreation, I'm still on board with The Office even thought Steve Carrell is leaving, but Community is one of my favorite TV shows right now.

NBC has issued pickups for three returning comedy series in 2011-12 that include "The Office," "Parks and Recreation" and "Community," it was announced today by Bob Greenblatt, Chairman, NBC Entertainment.
"I am so pleased to renew these three outstanding comedies which are all at the top of their game creatively," said Greenblatt. "Along with '30 Rock,' they represent the best of what the NBC comedy brand stands for in terms of originality, wit, and sophistication. For those of you who were anxiously awaiting news that your favorite Thursday night comedies were getting another season, the wait is over. Today, NBC announced it was giving another season to 30 Rock, The Office and one of our favorite new shows, the extremely funny Community.
This news comes on the heals of NBC’s recent announcement that Parks and Recreation was renewed for another season. Seeing as how we are huge fans of these shows, this news is great and we’re looking forward to more fun and laughs.
