Mediocre plot, good animation
Well my headline sums it up pretty much. The plot is not really well planed or told and seems to be just the cause to show you some battle scenes. The characters are mostly OK but they don't develop that much throughout story. Animations were good, I think it's what kept this movie alive for me. The dialogs were pretty cheesy but maybe it's just a problem that resulted from translating it. This anime clearly has some similarities to Dragonball or it's trying to pay some tribute to Dragonball. I would not really recommend watching this anime, only if you're really into them and if you like those kinds of "fighting-animes" because you will see quite a lot of battles but not really so entertaining as they could be...
