- A man holds up a DVD case of an adult film
- A man fantasises about having sex with two women. It turns out that he is just thrusting the register machine on the counter.
- Towards the beginning of the film, a young couple dry-hump each another.
- A man clutches his penis in his hands. Nothing too graphic is shown.
- Later on in the movie a man is seen masturbating (nothing is shown, just the man's facial expressions and a few comical sounds).
- A man thrusts his penis in and out of a raw chicken (nothing is shown). Later, he has a mop handle rammed through his anus, making it it look as if he has an enlarged penis with a chicken carcass hanging off the end of it.
- Lesbians are seen making out on several occasions. One scene with about 7 topless women grabbing each other and kissing.
- Lots of female nudity is seen throughout the movie although none of it is too graphic.
- A man's bare buttocks are seen on several occasions.
- A man is seen defecating (everything is shown although it is cgi).
- A mans testes are ripped off and thrown in a fat fryer.
- A penis monster is strangled to death.
- Overall this film is actually pretty tame in terms of sexuality when you compare it to other Troma films(i.e. Terror Firmer, Citizen Toxie) and is on par with stuff more like the original Toxic Avenger or Tromeo & Juliet.

- A man with a machine gun blasts a group of chicken zombies. He later admits that he was saving the weapons to use in a mass shooting at his workplace.
- A Muslim woman claims she wants to explode, which scares those around her as they fear she might be a terrorist. She later explains that she did not mean it literally.
- This film earns its title as one of the goriest and most horrific films ever made, despite its darkly humorous tone.
- A hand come up from the ground, shoves it's way into a man's buttocks and out his mouth. Grabs a piece of clothing the man was holding and pulls it into his mouth and out his butt. Extremely graphic.
- A teen constantly puts a dead severed finger into his butt thinking its a sex toy.
- A man vomits on the ground.
- A morbidly obese man is sitting on a toilet. We see his butt from inside the tiolet while it is defacating. (Some versions may have a "censored" bar over this.) He falls to the ground and has projectile diarrhea. His skin then flatens and a skinny version of himself rips out his stomach. Extremely graphic.
- A teen has fecal matter all over his hands and then puts them on his face.
- A teen falls into a meat grinder. We see a geyser of blood with some unknown "chunks of meat" splattering against the walls and another woman.

- A possesed dead chicken bites a man's penis off. We see blood and some green fluid squirting from his crotch area. A woman then shoves a mop handle into his butt and it comes out his crotch. We see the tip of his penis on the end of the mop handle. Extremely graphic.
- A man has whiskey poured into his mouth and it bubbles out of his mouth as some bright green liquid and he dies.

- A man's face is shoved into a frying vat. He comes out looking crispy. His testicles are then ripped off and thrown into the fryer and eaten.
- A chicken zombie pokes a man's eyeball out with his beak. He puts it in an egg carton with other eyeballs. Multiple people are shown without eyeballs.
- A chicken zombie rips a woman's silicone implants out of her breasts and then eats them.
- A man's legs get ripped apart like a wishbone.

- One of the main characters is an alchoholic, and carries around a flask. It is revealed toward the end of the movie that alchohol is the zombies' weakness.

- The survivors of the movie crash their car into a stand and are propelled in the air after which the car blows up with them still inside of it. It is unknown whether or not they survive.
