This video marks the return of Foodman since The Wiggles: Toot Toot! (1998), now played by Paul Paddick.
This is the only Wiggles video to date where the Wiggles do not primarily wear their regular skivvies. (with the exception of "Listen To The Drummer Playing") In their place are Wiggles color coded cowboy outfits, which originally debuted on The Wiggles: Top of the Tots (2004).
According to footage from The Wiggle's documentary, "The Wiggles Take On The World" (2006), this video was planned in 2002, but The Wiggles decided to film it on the following year (in April-May 2003) as soon as all the songs were finished recording and mixing (which took place in January 2003).
This is the first Wiggles video to be released on home video in 16:9 widescreen (though previous videos such as The Wiggles: Wiggle Bay (2002) and The Wiggles: Whoo Hoo! Wiggly Gremlins! (2003) had been filmed and made (and possibly aired for digital TV usage) in 16:9 widescreen). However, the US DVD and VHS releases present it in 4:3 letterbox format. This was likely done to also accommodate full-screen TV's, which were still fairly common at the time. The US DVD and VHS has a letterbox format screen, but it does not appear on the US DVD and VHS release of The Wiggles: Wiggle Bay (2002). On the Australian VHS and the Hong Kong DVD, this video is presented in 14:9 (also known as "halfway widescreen").
The video was originally scheduled to be released in Australia in September 2004, however it was made available that August instead whereas the video was originally scheduled to released in North America on July 27, 2004, however it was made available on March 30 instead when it switched places with The Wiggles: Whoo Hoo! Wiggly Gremlins! (2003).
