even worse than worse...

Forget about B-Series or even Z-Series, this is the worst film I ever saw ! It's was marketed as the first film shot in one single day...you must be kidding me for sure... Hello? Ever heard about Real Fiction (shot in 3 and a half hour in Super16 and DV) or The Russian Ark (one single one and a half hour HD steadycam shot)? These are just two small examples... I won't even mention the lack of any rhythm, photography, acting is bad as hell (may not be obvious for non-french speaker but trust me, it hurts your brain), the music is just that bad. Nice try at Dogma style at least but you didn't follow any of its rules: additional music, color-correction, no 35mm screening copy,... If this should have been some kind of documentary style film like The Blair Witch Project...why are the monologues cut like it's obvious that there were at least two takes? If only one guy is filming this whole film, how could he suddenly change angles without cutting the dialog? The truth is that this was a bad digital movie that was later marketed as some kind of post-dogma experience. Marketing cannot save a bad movie. I don't see why it should be seen, it's not even like it was done by some teenager in his room, we're speaking about a "real" production company. Really this is so bad, I really hope people will not look at this as an example of what independent film-making in Belgium is.
