The beginning of the movie is interesting. You have to listen carefully to the narrator to understand what is taking place. A high school student gets a scholarship to attend college. This was the developed part. The movie slows before picking up to what I consider an unbelievable set of circumstances. I pledged underground and this is exactly how it happened. It looks like 16mm and not 35 but everything was still very clear and the sound had good clarity. I say this because sometimes when I watch low budget movies, they all seem to have sound issues but this one did not. I am not going to tell you how the movie ends but I will say that the activity that was taking place during the session scenes were for real. I know that this must have actually happened. This movie is worth seeing especially if you are even remotely interested in the BGLOs.

I watch many movies and I must say that this is independent film-making at its best. I like the way the story unfolds. It kept me interested in the entire movie. I have a hard time watching some independent movies but this one I enjoyed. On another note, this story is amazing since it is based on true facts too. The sororities in our country should get a grip. I would definitely recommend this for college students to view. The filmmaker delivers a sharp entertaining movie with Tha Sistahood; it made me get the book so that is how much I became intrigued by this story. When a filmmaker can make a movie that makes sense on whatever budget they have, I become a fan. I am a fan and can't wait to see what Walt does next. The movie ends very emotionally but left me wondering is there a Part2? I give this one 4 stars or 1 big thumbs up!
