Excellent, humorous

A purple house in Miami Beach with psychedelic wallpaper & Kids trying to create world peace! This short film is insightful and humorous. The use of music is excellent - it really grabs the audience. The filming is superb - great quality and clarity. The audio is very good. The acting is great - very natural. The directing is top notch. The editing is first rate. This was definitely the best film shown at the Festival on Miami Beach. The writer, director, cinematographer, etc. is quite accomplished for someone so young. This truly is his passion and it shows on the screen. I look forward to seeing more works from this young man.

Channumasadan short- film.

Out of the five short-films, I decided that Joey Daoud's was the best. It was the film that made more sense and gave more detail about what the theme of the project was. I enjoyed it because it had a touch of humor, unlike the other films. Also, the period of time was well made because I could easily tell that it was supposed to be based on the 1970's. Considering the fact that back then, People were more open about religions and all. Unlike now, everyone criticizes about where somebody is from, or what they believe in. The actor and actresses in the movie as well were great. They didn't show lack of talent neither did they show that they were forced into participating in this film. Good luck to Joey, and i'm looking forward to seeing any of his next short-films. Possibly movies in the future.

I really enjoyed Channumasadan! I was expecting an amateur kids' project. Instead, it was a work worthy of some industry attention. This won't be the last time you see these kids' names on the big screen. I especially liked the effects of the 3 greeting cards blowing in the breeze and coming to rest in a very interesting way (you'll have to see it yourself to know.) The actors were also very natural and seemed at ease with their roles and being in front of the camera. Both the writing and the acting was humorous in a very playful, yet mature manner. I thought it was the best of the bunch, played as a suitable Finale! The families should be proud. 'Mazeltov' says the Shiksa!!
