NEW YORK -- The Ellen DeGeneres Show took home five Daytime Emmys and ABC's General Hospital won its eighth outstanding drama award in a ceremony broadcast live nationally Friday night from Radio City Music Hall. ABC took home 12 total Daytime Emmys, between Friday night's ceremony and the Creative Craft event held May 14. It was the most of any network, followed by CBS and PBS (11 each), Disney Channel (three) and Food Network (three). Kids! WB, NBC and Showtime each brought home two, and HBO and TLC won one apiece. Syndicated shows took home a total of 16. Among programs, ABC's All My Children and Ellen DeGeneres won the most with five.
