A few months ago Foy shared with us the first word on Creep Van, a grisly new motorized chiller heading to DVD on December 11th, and now we have a bit more info, including the full specs for the release.
From the Press Release:
Buckle up for a bumpy ride when Creep Van screeches onto DVD December 11, 2012, from Inception Media Group.
Life without a car is murder... and nobody knows that better than Campbell Jackson, a 20-something out-of-work, out-of-options misfit. Forced to take a dead-end job at a Detroit car wash, Campbell spies a dilapidated ’70s van for sale and attempts to buy it. Little does he know, it’s the Creep Van, whose mysterious owner has been terrorizing locals—killing and torturing victims with a host of elaborate booby traps inside its rusted shell. For those unwilling to climb aboard, the Creep and his Van have no qualms about...

How many of you would like a car for Christmas? What if you knew that vehicle was a mobile torture unit? I’m afraid you’ll have to settle for the movie Creep Van coming to DVD just in time for holiday season.
The director, writer, and star of the 2006 direct-to-dvd torture porn thriller Gag have reunited for Creep Van, a grisly new motorized chiller that sounds a little like Christine meets Saw.
Synopsis:
Life without a car can be murder. Nobody is going to learn that lesson faster than Campbell Jackson (Brian Kolodziej; Gag, Flight of the Living Dead), a 20-something, out of work, out of options misfit in Detroit. Forced to take a dead-end position at a local car wash, Campbell sees a dilapidated 1970s van for sale. Little does he know it is the Creep Van, which is busy terrorizing the people of Michigan, creatively dispatching victims...

So there's a whole sub-culture of van enthusiasts out there that I didn't know about until about a year ago. This film might be for them. Detroit Riot Productions is presently casting Creep Van , a horror-comedy about a maniacal killer stalking people in his beat-up death van. Scott McKinlay is strapping himself into the director's chair with a May 5 start date approaching in Michigan. McKinlay previously directed Gag , which hit DVD in 2006. They currently seeking an actress for the role of Danni: female, 20-28, Caucasian or European, tall, fit/muscular, blonde, tan, alpha, serious attitude, second female lead, partial nudity required. There ya go. You can check out a teaser, as well as a website, at CreepVan.com .

For as long as I can remember, the one thing my mom always taught me was to never talk to strangers, especially strangers with creepy vans. Looks like there are a few people out there that still need to learn that lesson as producer Detroit Riot Productions today announced its partnership with visual FX veterans Almost Human for the upcoming indie horror film Creep Van.
Shooting in Detroit and northern Michigan for 21 days in May, Creep Van is being helmed by Scott W. McKinlay.
“We are making a film that needs to deliver a huge impact with our visual effects,” McKinlay said. “Almost Human has been a leader in this field for years so we are ecstatic about the opportunity to work with them on Creep Van.”
With such hits as The Pineapple Express, The Crazies, and Superbad under their belt, as well as some stunning work in the genre including The Burrowers,...
