Sex & Nudity

  • A side view of a nude couple having sex on a bed with the man (Dick) lying on top of the woman thrusting. We see one of her breasts, both of their legs, his back and chest. The scene lasts around four seconds as they are interupted.
  • Several bare-chested men.
  • A man has a tattoo of a woman on his arm, she's nude but it's simply drawn.
  • Some very strong sexual dialogue, including uses of the words "F__K" "A__" "D__K" "C__K" "P___Y" etc... in sexual manners. A man tells another man "You can suck my c__k" this is heard several times through out the movie give or take a couple of words.
  • A man pushes another man to a wall, pulls down a small part of his pants and threatens to rape him (he doesn't)
  • Several scenes show some strong sexual tension between men (various characters), several homophobic slurs/dialogue.
  • A man kisses another man for around 3 seconds, the scene cuts. In another scene a man kisses a man on the cheeck and tells him "Adios, Amigo".

Violence & Gore

  • Blood soaked mattresses and bloody footprints at the crime scene. A man threatens to hit another in the temple with a hammer. A man threatens to rape another man, starting to take down the man's pants.
  • A man places a teenager on a sofa and an elder on the ground, he slits the elder's throat with a knife (we see this from a some-what distant shot) we hear blood oozing (but see nothin) while the young man on the sofa screams, the elder reaches his hand towards the killer but he's shot in the face with a shotgun (he stops moving and little blood is seen splattering) The young man is also shot point-blanck in the face (some blood splatter but no injuries seen)
  • A woman is shot offscreen, we hear her begg for her life when the sound goes, another young woman is shot (we don't see her but we see that blood splatters into a man's face)
  • Two rape scenes are implied (non of them happen anyway)
  • A man shoves another man in several scenes. We listen to dialogues about violent murders and blood through out the film.
  • A man is hanged, he's freaking out before the underdoor is pulled and he falls, we see his body hanging for an amount of time.
  • A man shoves a woman into the ground and slaps her, the camera cuts righ-away before she's slapped.

Profanity

  • The F-word is used at least 19 times--a couple of times with its literal meaning.
  • There are explicit references to sex acts with the anatomical parts called by vulgar words. Sometimes such anatomical terms are used as insulting names. The S-word is used a number of times. Gay men are called 'queer' and 'faggot.' Nuns are called 'Catholic bitches.'

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Lots of characters smoke and drink in this movie. Of course, it takes place in 1959-65.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • All the scenes in Violence/Gore are somewhat intense (though not graphic) the ending is emotionally unresting
