Sex & Nudity

- An unnamed woman is bound to a chair wearing nothing but panties. The villain cuts off one of her nipples offscreen.
- Two men humiliate a female hitchhiker by paying her to strip. Finally, one offers to take her all the way to Pittsburgh in exchange for oral sex. The act isn't shown though.
- Two prostitutes dance provocatively and let the villain and his friend fondle their breasts. It is implied they have sex with their clients.
- The villain sodomizes a prostitute's corpse while hitting it over the head with a hammer claw. No graphic nudity is shown but the man's buttocks are shown from behind, clenching as he thrusts.

- Very strong realistic torture and humiliation of women (some sexual) and men in the film.
- A mutilated girl who is tied to a chair has her nipple cut off (offscreen). She is degraded. She has fecal matter smeared into her open breast-wound, crotch, and mouth. She has piss dumped on her. She is forced to cannibalize the toe of her dead boyfriend. She later is found dead from starvation.
- A girl is sexually molested and then beaten to death while performing oral sex.
- An old woman is killed offscreen with a corkscrew.
- A couple in a grocery store are physically abused and sexually degraded (they are not murdered). The clerk of the store is stabbed in the chest.
- Two brothers are kidnapped. It is implied that one was mutilated and dismembered while the other brother is forced to watch. The remaining survivor is physically abused and then butchered with a clawhammer.
- A woman is smashed in the skull with a clawhammer over and over while being anally raped.

- The f-slur is said a few times.
- The main characters, two men in their 20s, cuss frequently. "Fuck," in particular, is used the most usually as an expletive but sometimes in a sexual context. Terms such as "shit", "ass", and "cunt" are used as well.
