A fabulous tour-de-force comedy in the vein of Middle-Period Coen Brothers, "Snackers" takes the cake for its subtle wit, deft comedy, and a wiz-bang cast of characters you'll never forget. Jack Kehler is superb as the tragic hero Chuck, whose crazy idea blows everyone, including himself, out of the water. Billy Aaron Brown adds hilarity as his doubting son, and De'Ann Power is fantastically wretched as the family-consensus overbearing housewife. This is a wonderful directorial feat by newcomer Jeff Pickett After watching "Snackers," feeling like a down-and-out loser in life won't feel so bad after all!
