It's a pretty good Aesop's Fables cartoon from Paul Terry workng in partnership with Amadee van Beuren, a couple of years before Paul decided he wanted his name on top and went off to found Terrytoons. ahough the character designs and animation are still pretty minimal, the gags are mostly amusing, at least until it's time to end the cartoon, then it's rather weak in getting out.
