- An older man grabs a younger girl's breasts.
- A woman breast feeds both her baby and another one at the same time, and we fully see her breasts.
- In a park, a woman tries to get a baby to feed off her, and we briefly but clearly see her nipple as she tries to make the baby feed.

- A couple of people are seen getting ran over by a truck. It was so sudden, but for a comical effect.
- A character is beaten by teenagers. His face is seen bloodied
- A man disguised as a waitress attacks a rich man with a revolver. The assassin shoots him a number of times and, in slow-motion, we very briefly see blood spraying from his chest dramatically.
- A man coughs up blood and is taken to the hospital, we later find out that he probably has tuberculosis.
- A trans woman mentions that her lover died after slipping on soap in their bathroom.
- A woman attempts to commit suicide but stopped by a faraway man.
Profanity

- A few uses of "damn", "hell", and "shit" in the English subtitles, but no frequent or strong language. Profanity in the English dub might be slightly different, as is sometimes the case in anime.

- Profane words are not heard in the picture, despite the descriptor, but still be seen in the subtitles since the entire movie is in Japanese.

- An elderly man's final request is granted when another man offers him his last bottle of brandy.

- The beating of a main character is distressing.
- The scene with the cross-dressing assassin is intense but handled with a comical style.
- A character is almost crushed by a truck that's changing lanes on the highway.

- Some of the movie's symbolism might be confusing or overwhelming for younger persons.

Violence & Gore
- A young girl stabs her father, and whilst we don't see the attack at the point in which it happens, we can see him clutching his stomach and the girl holding the bloody knife.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- An old man dies onscreen. His corpse is attacked a little later by a group of teenagers who don't realize that he's already dead. Brief, but intense.
- A woman with an immense amount of guilt attempts to commit suicide twice: one time over a bridge, and the other over the roof of a building.
