Was just scrolling down to check some vintage movies, found this one actually... I watched this film just to see KL Saigal... This film has been made in the pre-Rashmirathi era (Rashmirathi has been written in 1951).. So nobody knew about Mahabharata exactly! So they narrated the entire Mahabharata covering only the main incidents... in just 2 hours.
Only main characters like Karna, Yudhisthira, Krishna, Duryodhana were shown... and Bhima too had a little role... As a matter of fact...Arjuna, Nakula and Sahdev have been completely eliminated.
