A highly original piece of work, spooky and disconcerting.

Bedhead might disturb some, spook others, but it will put you in a position to consider mental illness from another point of view. The film follows a young man on his journey through a mental ordeal where painful memories and current events are interwoven into a bizarre reality. There are a series of events in a lay-by that are so disturbing that you might never hitchhike again. The film has a proximity to reality that both draws you and

offends you, invites you and scares you, it is, an event. This was an obviously well researched project and all the more disturbing for it. I very much look forward to seeing future work by this director.
