Saw this at Rushes Soho Shorts festival and was looking to see if I could find it again online. (Anyone know if it's available?) Ten Minute Movie is a clever, entertaining and witty satire on the film industry and specifically the rom-com genre. Great performances. Great energy. Fresh. Slick.
A dumb hero and quick-witted heroine combine to make a mismatched pair. She complains about being typecast while he just wants to skip all the plot exposition and head straight for the climax, as it were. This was the best short I saw amongst many other humorless and gloomy offerings.
