Near the start of the Movie during the attempted suicide, the paramedics appear at the scene seconds after the call is made and immediately report blood pressure which takes a little preparation and time to perform.
In the scene where Bundy is running out of the Sorority, his bloody hand transfers blood on to the female student's hand when walking up the stairs. She takes no notice of this, and is only startled by the blood on the wall, as well as what she witnesses when she reaches the top floor. Shocked, she then puts her hands up to her mouth, and the blood on her hand in the previous shot has magically vanished.
